Tula’s At Home Plant Care
Do your plants need some extra care? We’re happy to help you! We provide plant care and maintenance services unique to your needs. Whether your plants were purchased at Tula or elsewhere, our expert horticulturists and plant designers can assist you, all from the comfort of your home. We make plant care fun and easy, guiding you every step of the way with helpful tips and education!
The initial consult covers the time and expertise of our trained horticulturists to assess plant and design needs, talk through problem solving, plant issues and pest management. They will provide all of the solutions you may need to tackle your plant care. If you’d like our team to return and repot, reposition, pest manage or bring more plants and planters for your space we’d be happy to do that.
For all follow up visits, the $199 initial service fee is credited back when you spend $600 or more. All material and service will be confirmed during the first consultation and presented to you in a follow up email prior to scheduling the follow up visit.
If you’d like to move forward to schedule the initial consultation please choose the best date/time available from the calendar provided at checkout. If you do not see a date/time that works best for you please email us at service@tula.house with your availability.
Tula Gardens holds the right to charge an additional fee for locations outside of our regular service area. Any additional fee will be communicated prior to the appointment confirmation.

Each At Home Plant Care visit is scheduled for up to two hours.
Absolutely. Once we have completed the initial site visit, we will confirm what your plants need for repotting (soil, planters, fertilizer, etc.) and return or a follow-up visit with all materials needed.
Indoor plant pests are very common for plant owners and we are happy to help you rid them. Our initial plant maintenance service visit includes identification and steps for how to get rid of pests. If you would like us to clean and mitigate pests, we will schedule a follow-up visit to bring all necessary material once we are able to review the severity of the infestation.
Yes, we prefer that someone in the household is home during the visit for plant maintenance services to let us safely in and out of the home. It is also a great opportunity to speak one-on-one with our expert horticulturists and ask all the questions you want on how to continue to care for your houseplants.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellation Notice:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours the scheduled date and time will incur a 50% charge of the initial payment as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled date and time will forfeit the entire initial payment.
Rescheduling:
- Requests to reschedule made more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time will be refunded the full amount.
- Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time will incur a 50% charge of the initial payment as a rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling made within 12 hours of the scheduled date and time will forfeit the entire initial payment.
