Our At Home Plant Care service is perfect for anyone who needs a little support getting their plants back on track. Whether your plants require repotting, repositioning, pest treatment, or a total refresh, we’re here to help—all from the comfort of your home. Service fees start at $375 per visit.
How It Works:
We begin with a $75 video consultation (up to 30 minutes) to understand your plant goals, review your current setup, share a few care tips, and walk you through the process. Scheduling your initial video call is easy—just click “Schedule a Video Consultation” to choose a time that works for you.
After the consultation, we’ll arrange for a Tula House gardener to visit your home. Please note: additional time or fees may apply for larger plant collections, complex care needs, or locations outside our local service area—all of which will be discussed during the initial call.

Each visit duration is based on your goals and overall needs of the plants. We will confirm all details during the video consultation and discuss all pricing involved. Services may include but are not limited to: repotting, tackling a major pest infestation, or adding new plants to your space.
During the initial video consultation, we will confirm what your plants need for repotting (soil, planters, fertilizers, etc.). Please have a tape measure handy so we can compile accurate planter measurements during the call.
Indoor plant pests are very common for plant owners and we are happy to help you rid them. During our initial video call we will confirm the severity of the infestation and how our expert gardeners will treat them during the service visit.
Depending on the amount of maintenance that is needed, we may have to schedule an additional appointment. Tasks such as extensive repotting and serious pest infestations may require us to return with specialized tools and products to effectively complete the work. We’ll always review the cost and time commitment for follow-up visits in advance.
We service all 5 boroughs but do have specific boundary limitations. Please contact service@tula.house to learn more about our service boundaries and consultation process.
Yes, we prefer that someone in the household is home during our plant care services to let us in and out safely. It is also a great opportunity to speak one-on-one with our expert horticulturists and ask all the questions you want so you’re more knowledgeable about plant maintenance.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellation Notice:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours the scheduled date and time will incur a 50% charge of the initial payment as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled date and time will forfeit the entire initial payment.
Rescheduling:
- Requests to reschedule made more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time will be refunded the full amount.
- Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time will incur a 50% charge of the initial payment as a rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling made within 12 hours of the scheduled date and time will forfeit the entire initial payment.

While we promise to apply our expertise to every service offered, it is important to note that certain outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Specifically:
- We cannot guarantee the complete elimination of pests.
- We cannot ensure plant survival following repotting, heavy pruning, or transplantation, as each plant reacts uniquely to these processes.
- Plant health and outcomes are influenced by a variety of factors, including prior care, environmental conditions, and individual plant responses.
