Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. To accommodate such situations, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Cancellation Notice:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours the scheduled date and time will incur a 50% charge of the initial payment as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled date and time will forfeit the entire initial payment.
Rescheduling:
- Requests to reschedule made more than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time will be refunded the full amount.
- Requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the scheduled date and time will incur a 50% charge of the initial payment as a rescheduling fee.
- Rescheduling made within 12 hours of the scheduled date and time will forfeit the entire initial payment.

While we promise to apply our expertise to every service offered, it is important to note that certain outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Specifically:
- We cannot guarantee the complete elimination of pests.
- We cannot ensure plant survival following repotting, heavy pruning, or transplantation, as each plant reacts uniquely to these processes.
- Plant health and outcomes are influenced by a variety of factors, including prior care, environmental conditions, and individual plant responses.
