Brooklyn Tower
The Brooklyn Tower rises from the historic Dime Savings Bank, a landmark from the early 1900s that once anchored Downtown Brooklyn’s growth. Today, that history carries into a new supertall tower, where past and present sit comfortably in the same space.
The architecture is strong, with warm wood, stone, and clean lines. Our approach was to bring in plant life that could meet that energy without competing with it. Taller, sculptural plants follow the vertical rhythm of the room, while broader leaves soften edges and break up the grid, creating a more balanced, lived-in feel.
In the main areas, the plants help define the space and give it a sense of arrival. In quieter corners, they pull things in slightly and make the space feel more relaxed and human. The palette stays tight, with natural planters and subtle textures so everything feels like it belongs.
