Rooftop - N. Williamsburg, BK
Perched high above North Williamsburg, this rooftop garden was designed as a soft barrier between home and the city. The goal was to create a space that feels private yet open, lush but controlled, where plant life frames the skyline rather than competes with it.
Tall grasses act as a natural screen from neighboring rooftops. Juniper trees offer structure and evergreen calm. A winding wisteria vine climbs along the edge, while wildflowers like echinacea add a bit of joy to the mix. It’s a space that softens the surrounding city, bringing in greenery, privacy, and a sense of calm to an otherwise exposed rooftop.
