Radnor - The Bryant
In curating their experiential showroom at The Bryant, Radnor sought collaborations with creators and designers who shared their ethos of approachable, elevated living. Tula House was excited by the opportunity to incorporate plant life that reflects that spirit using pieces which are sculptural yet inviting, refined yet entirely natural.
With this project, we created a lively, engaging showroom with planters and furnishings that feel more contextual, helping clients envision these pieces in their own spaces.
For our plant designers, working in a top-tier design environment allowed us to highlight the artistry of horticultural form. We were able to present plants as curated objects, as sophisticated in tone and texture as the other items featured within the space.
As a premium brand of design, furniture, and objects, Radnor often introduces new pieces in environments that feel like lived-in spaces rather than showcases. Our role was to interpose living elements to both complement the restrained, modern textures of the space and functionally highlight Radnor’s collection of planters.
In this installation, plants are not simply accessories. Instead, they shift the atmosphere, transforming a potentially static display into a setting that feels emotionally warm and connected to nature.
We selected plants to function as sculptures with movement and scale. Species were sourced specifically for the Radnor project, as we turned to local greenhouses and private growers to find the perfect plantings.
Each plant adds structure without visual clutter, and pairs beautifully with both the planters that house them and the surrounding finishes. Euphorbia tirucalli, with its pencil-like stems, creates strong lines that contrast beautifully with soft furnishings. Jasminum polyanthum blooms with small, fragrant flowers, promoting welcoming relaxation. And Ficus altissima adds striking height and visual interest with its variegated foliage.
